We need an engineer ASAP please. Investigation: The investigation showed that the pump has stopped as it was not serviced on the regular basis. The big amount of scale got into the pump, that has eventually stopped working. Solution: Our engineers tried to descale it the fastest way to bring the Rational oven back to life, but it did not help.
