Descaling and Service ProcessThis time Sage coffee machine repair process took much longer than usual. The scale was very old and strongly attached to the inner parts. Our engineer had to perform a deep investigation process to identify the exact issue and exclude all the others to reduce the possibility of further emergencies. The restaurant owner called for our rational oven engineers at the best time, before the issue with the fan motor escalated. When the issue was identified, our engineer managed to deal with it during the same visit having the oven repaired. The reason of this post is in another issue that our engineer identified when he was moving the oven. The issue is with a very dangerous gas connection. The connection is not well secured and easy to damage. We have notified the owner, however nothing was done to it yet.

It looked very good externally, however the internal part was in a very bad condition... A new client reached us at 9 pm 2 days ago and requested an emergency Sub Zero repair service for his two fridges, which broke down both at the same time. Very unusual, but nothing special.
Our specialists visited the client and the first thing they noticed was the worst mistake that can be done in the kitchen. A large Lacanche oven was installed next to the fridges. Recent Job: Rational Oven Almost DIEDWe had an emergency call out a few days ago related to Rational oven repair request. The problem explained: It just stopped working. We need an engineer ASAP please. Investigation: The investigation showed that the pump has stopped as it was not serviced on the regular basis. The big amount of scale got into the pump, that has eventually stopped working. Solution: Our engineers tried to descale it the fastest way to bring the Rational oven back to life, but it did not help. As the allocated time was about to finish, they decided that the second appointment is required for a complete deep descaling service.
