An interesting fact is that sometimes the assessment takes longer than the repairing process itself. The client stated that if there is a 50/50 possibility of having that fridge working, he is ready to throw it away and consider buying another one but cheaper. It looked very good externally, however the internal part was in a very bad condition... A new client reached us at 9 pm 2 days ago and requested an emergency Sub Zero repair service for his two fridges, which broke down both at the same time. Very unusual, but nothing special.
Our specialists visited the client and the first thing they noticed was the worst mistake that can be done in the kitchen. A large Lacanche oven was installed next to the fridges. Both fridges were assessed and required deep fan cleaning, it was clear that both fridges were not serviced for a long time and got overheated. The engineers performed the Sub Zero fan cleaning service within the next hour and started both fridges with no issue, however it was strongly recommended to relocate both fridges to avoid further emergencies. Solution: Our AGA engineers provided a careful cleaning of the interior and exterior parts of the oven, checked the main parts, performed the diagnostic of the working process and made sure that there are no hidden issues, which may curse some emergencies later. After the service we also suggested to give us a call a year later, so we could repeat the checkup and service. Summary: If you are also an owner of the luxury appliance, we strongly recommend to look after it on the regular basis but not once in five years. Recent Job: Rational Oven Almost DIEDWe had an emergency call out a few days ago related to Rational oven repair request. The problem explained: It just stopped working. We need an engineer ASAP please. Investigation: The investigation showed that the pump has stopped as it was not serviced on the regular basis. The big amount of scale got into the pump, that has eventually stopped working. Solution: Our engineers tried to descale it the fastest way to bring the Rational oven back to life, but it did not help. As the allocated time was about to finish, they decided that the second appointment is required for a complete deep descaling service.
