Planned Maintenance Inspection VisitsAs scheduled, our engineer will visit your site to carry out planned commercial kitchen maintenance for all equipment listed in the contract. Please provide reasonable access to the site and equipment.

Checks, tests, and inspectionsWhen on site, the engineer will inspect, run performance tests, and service all covered equipment. Detected issues that can be fixed without extra cost will be addressed immediately.

Reports & LabellingUpon task completion, you will get a copy of the maintenance report and test results sheet. Besides, we label each item to state its pass or fail status, date of servicing, and the next due date.

Access to the Service PortalUnder the PPM contract, you get free access to our dedicated Service Portal, where you will find all the relevant paperwork, including engineer visit logs, service reports, error logs and photos.
