Recent job: Rational iVario oven overheated fan

One of the recent jobs we performed was regarding a Rational oven (iVario) that had an overheated fan motor. Our engineer had to perform a deep investigation process to identify the exact issue and exclude all the others to reduce the possibility of further emergencies. The restaurant owner called for our rational oven engineers at the best time, before the issue with the fan motor escalated.

When the issue was identified, our engineer managed to deal with it during the same visit having the oven repaired.

The reason of this post is in another issue that our engineer identified when he was moving the oven. The issue is with a very dangerous gas connection. The connection is not well secured and easy to damage. We have notified the owner, however nothing was done to it yet.
