Issue reason

The reason of such a long and deep service required is overloading. Yes, the fridge is a storage for keeping food and products inside but it has to be rational. The fridge could not spread the cooling inside, so the cooling system started breaking down. Moreover, the fridge was installed in the cupboard and had almost mo space behind itself, that was another serious reason for the cooling issue.

Our solution

We had to perform simple but very important steps:
1. Unload the fridge
2. Remove it from the cupboard
3. Start with the external fan cleaning 
4. Motor assessment (it may still work but already give signs of issues as it was overloaded)
5. Internal cooling system checkup

All of the steps took about 2 hours (without unloading) and the owners were lucky that they reacted just in time and avoided the change of the fan motor, otherwise it would be very costly.
