Simple steps of the installation service

In case of similar case, here are those simple steps, which we normally do in order to provide the service:
 

1. Discuss the issue and task with the owner of the kitchen
2. If he/she already knows the reason we go ahead, if not one of our engineers visits the site and provides an investigation
3. As soon as the task is discussed and there is the time to order the spare parts, we require 50% deposit to be paid
4. Normally we wait for the spare parts about 2 weeks
5. When the spare parts arrive, we provide the installation service that our engineers normally do in one go
6. When it is installed and our client is happy, he/she pays the second half
