Use extra space in your restaurant wisely!

Let us tell you a short story about one right decision of our client that helped him to make a few thousand pounds straight after we did our job!

It is a story about a cafe that operates on Holborn by Mr Garry (not his real name). The opening hours of his place are between 12pm - 4pm, the rest of the time it is closed. As you can see, it is the best time for business people, who can go there and have a good lunch. They also like to order dishes in their offices, especially for Christmas celebration.

In December 2014 Mr Garry gave us a call and asked if someone can come and have a look at one small room that is based in the basement of his cafe. When we came there we saw a small room full of different staff and rubbish. He asked if we can fit in there a fridge, so he would have more space as he received many orders for coming Christmas from the businesses located around. As he had not enough cold places, where he could keep all that food, he was ready to decline at least half of those orders.

It was a really good decision to use the old room for something useful. However, we said NO. Because we had a better idea! We offered him to make a proper cold room installation in that place. He asked if we can make it within a week and was so happy when we finished it in a couple of days.

The cold room was created based on the room size he had, even the door for it was unique. The decision that Mr Garry made allowed him to successfully deal with those orders and make really good money during Christmas period!
