Descaling and Service Process

This time Sage coffee machine repair process took much longer than usual. The scale was very old and strongly attached to the inner parts. The client said that it was not serviced for more than 2 years, but used daily! And the only aspect that shocked our Sage engineer is why the machine did not break up half a year ago.

After the descaling process that took three rounds and additional hand descaling we started doing the full investigation making sure that none of the spares got rotted or became dysfunctional.
