What is it like to live in a damp apartment and how to solve this problem?

A few months ago some people called to London Engineers Company and asked if we do painting and wall fixing. We said that it is not our main job but yes we do have a handy man who could come and help them. After his visit, we found out that the flat is very wet and that is the reason of soggy walls. To find out the reason we sent our engineer to have a look and after his investigation of their heating system he said that the radiators are very old and located not by instruction, that is why the walls become soggy and the flat itself is always damp.

To solve this problem we offered them to change the old radiators to the new ones and install new good pipes, which will also help to dry the flat in a few days. The photos of the new radiators installed you can see below, it took for our engineer 3 full days, 9 radiators were installed and now the clients are very happy. The flat became wormer and drier.
