To chill or not to chill: Fridge issue story
This post is not a guide that you can use in case of the emergency or other occasions. It is a story that will let you know how you should never do. Especially, if you want your fridge serve you for a good period of time.
The story below has happened with Sub Zero fridge of one of our client who we have been helping for the last 3 years. Let’s call him John.
Give your fridge some space
John gave us a call and asked if we could send someone asap as he has an emergency with his fridge. As usual we requested some information about what has happened in order to have some understanding of what our engineer should expect. He said that it just does not chill. What was interesting he gave us a new address, where we have never been.

Obviously, our engineer did not leave because of the smell. He helped John to remove all the food, cleaned the internal and external fans, checked the pcb and started the fridge again. There were some issues with the starting it again, as the fridge was in such a bad condition for the last week. Eventually, the fridge was brought to the good condition and now serves John as usual.
